Cod Fillets Boned
DD Fish’s top quality day fresh Fillets sold by the kilo and will get approximately 3 -4 fillets per kilo, always depending on the size for the fillets on the morning of delivery, this succulent fillet will arrive with a V shape cut in the shoulder of the fillet where the bone line has been removed. Boned cod will be slightly more expensive due to extra weight being added to the pack to compensate for the weight loss during the boning process.

Cod Fillet Skinned and Boned
